The Turn LLC – Golf League Rules & Guidelines This policy may be amended by the management of The Turn LLC as needed. Every effort will be made to ensure the league is run fairly, consistently, and enjoyably for all participants. 1. General Play & Etiquette No Advice: Players may not solicit or offer advice on aiming, club selection, or putt reading. Offering advice will result in a 2-stroke penalty for the player giving the advice. Declaring Your Round: You must officially declare your league round before teeing off. Once play begins, a round cannot be invalidated or converted into a practice session. No Split Rounds: All 18 holes must be completed in a single continuous session once you tee off. Pace of Play: Players are expected to complete their round within the standard 1-hour time allocation. Additional time required will be billed at a rate of $30 per hour (e.g., a 1.5-hour session will be billed at $45). League Spirit: Remember that simulator golf is a computer-based system, and conditions may vary. Please maintain good sportsmanship and enjoy the season! 2. Tee Boxes & Handicap Rules Tee Box Designations: All players play from the standard tee box, with the following exceptions: Men (Ages 65–74): Play one tee forward (Senior Tee). Women & Men (Ages 75+): Play two tees forward (one tee ahead of the Senior Tee). Handicaps: Established handicaps are calculated based on your 2–3 lowest scores rather than a full-season average. Handicaps reflect potential ability rather than trending averages. 3. Simulator Settings & Game Adjustments Putting Assist: The "Auto Aim Putting Assist" setting will be used for all events (subject to GSPro software availability) to expedite play and welcome players of all skill levels. No Mulligans: Taking an unauthorized mulligan will result in a 2-stroke penalty for each instance shown on the scorecard. Technical Issues: If a software or hardware glitch occurs, stop play immediately and notify an employee. Staff must resolve the issue or authorize a mulligan/shot reset in real time. Technical issues reported after a round has been completed will not be accommodated. 4. Scheduling & Payouts Early & Makeup Rounds: If you are unable to play during a scheduled week, you may request to play up to 1 week in advance, or utilize the standard 2-week window for makeup play. Payouts: All weekly earnings will accrue throughout the season and will be distributed at the end of the season via Pro Shop credit.
